Join us on Tuesdays from 12midday - 12.45pm for 45 minutes of gentle tai chi movements to music.
Classes cost $15 each, cash or card.

We are at Telopea Park, near Jardine Street or near the Telopea School and Pool. There is either 1 or 2 hour free parking available.
Classes are held outside in the park when the weather allows, and will be cancelled if it is raining, very cold or windy. Participants will be notified by SMS/ text.
Everyone is welcome- chairs can be provided for anyone who needs something to help balance or to sit.
O'Connor Thursdays
TERM 2 Thursday 4th April –Thursday 20th June 2024
Clianthus Street, O'Connor
Join us on Thursday mornings from 9.30am- 10.15am for 45 minutes of gentle tai chi movements to music.
Classes cost $15 each, cash or card.
$150 earlybird term pre-payment for 12 weeks of classes can be made by Thursday 4th April 2024.

We are at 44 Clianthus Street, O'Connor, between Miller Street and Brigalow Street. There is free parking in front of the hall or on Clianthus Street.
Classes are held outside in the park when the weather allows; indoors inside the Girl Guide Hall when the weather is poor.
